Artwork & Print Quality

For the best result, send artwork at 300 dpi at final print size whenever possible. High-quality 150 dpi files can also work well depending on the artwork. We review submitted files before production and will contact you if we detect a resolution or layout problem.

What resolution does my artwork need?
Ideally 300 dpi at the final print size. High-quality 150 dpi files can also work depending on the artwork. We check every file before production and contact you if there is a problem.

How long does a custom playmat take?
Manufacturing usually takes 7 to 10 business days, depending on the design and our production schedule. Shipping time is added after that and depends on the delivery method.

How will a large mat be shipped?
If the smaller side is 115 cm (45.3 in) or less, the mat ships rolled in a cardboard tube. If it is larger, it ships folded with a carry bag.

Can I return a custom playmat?
Custom playmats are made to order, so they cannot be returned unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
