SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with RollinMats.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment has been confirmed. Custom-made or personalized products may require additional production time depending on the complexity of the order and our current production schedule.

If your order includes both standard and custom products, we may ship everything together once all items are ready.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method. While we always strive to meet these estimates, delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, if tracking is available for your shipment.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. RollinMats has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the shipment, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping or return costs.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of both the packaging and the damaged product so that we can assist you.

If your shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to destinations where delivery is not possible due to legal, logistical, or carrier restrictions.
