This seller is by far the nicest and most caring I have ever experienced on Etsy (and I own well over 200 inserts, play mats, etc.). When it turned out that the design for this mat was slightly too large, the seller went through the whole process of redesigning it (he even adapted the color of it as well based on my request) and posting the new mat to me from Spain for free. Fantastic service and great customer care!
